Once the contract is signed, we maintain regular communication via email, phone calls, or in-person and online meetings. We also share a detailed project timeline and provide weekly progress updates.
How do you select materials and finishes?
We present a curated selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings based on your preferences.
Every choice is approved by you before any purchase or construction phase begins.
How is the progress of the work monitored?
We supervise every phase to ensure proper execution and compliance with the approved design. You will receive regular updates on progress, with photos or videos whenever needed.
What if I make changes during the project?
Changes are possible, but they must be discussed promptly to avoid delays or additional costs. Any variation will be accompanied by an updated cost estimate, subject to approval.
When and how do payments take place?
The payment schedule is outlined in the contract. Payments are typically divided into phases, based on key project milestones (such as project start, material selection, and completion).
What happens once the project is completed?
At the end of the project, we will carry out a final site inspection together to verify that everything meets the agreed standards. Any adjustments will be handled promptly. You will also receive a complete dossier with the final drawings and any applicable warranties.
